We look for organizations with dynamic, sustainable and well researched programmes that can deliver our objectives of preserving endangered culture and nature and promoting open access.
In addition to grants that promote open access, it is a condition of our grants that all material resulting from our funding must be made available freely to all via the internet. Read more about our open access and digital preservation policy.
We fund both project and core costs. When we can, we build on past successes with repeat grants. All grant decisions are made by our Donor Board in consultation with our Advisory Board.
We do not accept unsolicited applications for funding.
